The Cruise Bench is ideal for public parks, schools, and a variety of other outdoor public spaces.
As standard, the Cruise bench is manufactured from 5mm mild steel and then hot dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2009. Clad in Softwood timber slats, treated with an external stain to increase the lifespan of the timbers, the bench is surface mounted.
For an additional cost, the seat can be supplied with hardwood slats and powder-coated in a range of RAL colours.

Softwood is a versatile and strong wood to use (although not as strong as hardwood options). It is a more flexible and lighter wood to use.
Our Premium Hardwood Cruise Benches are supplied without treatment as the timber itself is strong and durable.
